- Property advertisements must show a valid Advertising and Sale Permit (APDL) number and the developer's licence details where required by law.
- Claims about price, returns, rental yields or completion must be accurate and supportable. We may ask for proof.
- Sponsored content is always labelled as such, and does not affect the facts we publish about a project.
- We may decline or remove any advertisement that is misleading, unlawful, offensive, or harmful to our visitors.
A note on Google advertisements
Our site also shows advertisements delivered by Google. These are separate from direct placements, are chosen by Google, and do not imply endorsement by us. Direct advertisers cannot buy control over Google-served ads.
